Day 1: Arrive in Naples, Italy
- Arrival into Naples International Airport
- You will be met by your host for the week, Rich Fletcher
- Transportation will be provided to the Grand Hotel Parker’s
- Welcome drinks to be served upon arrival at the host hotel
- Hotel: Rudy Maxa’s partner hotel is the Grand Hotel Parkers 5*
- Meals Included: Welcome drinks
Day 2: Naples, Italy
- After enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the hotel restaurant, please meet in the lobby no later than 11:00am.
- Today, you get to make your own lunch – with the help of an expert Pizzaiolo Professor. Naples is where Pizza was invented and you’ll learn how to make the original Neapolitan Pizza.
- After lunch, you’ll do a walking tour of Spaccanapoli and the old town.

Day 3: Naples to Sorrento
- Begin your day bright and early with breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Remember to leave your bags packed in your room by 8:30am for transportation to the next hotel.
- Departure by car from the Grand Hotel Parker’s at 9:30am.
- You’ll arrive in Pompeii at 10:15am and will get a private tour by our local Pompeii guide.
- After your extensive tour of Pompei, you enjoy lunch on the ocean at the Stabia Yacht Club.

Day 4: Sorrento, Italy
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
- As requested, this day will be on your own and your tour Director will be in the lobby from 9:00am-10:00am if you need any recommendations or directions.
- Hotel: Grand Hotel Ambasciatori Sorrento 5*
- Meals included: Breakfast.
Day 5: Sorrento to Capri
- Enjoy your last breakfast in this hotel’s restaurant, before getting whisked to Sorrento Port where you’ll board your private 40 ft boat, bound for Capri.
- You’ll visit the famed Blue Grotto and circle the island of Capri before disembarking and transported in iconic convertible cars to your hotel on Capri.
- In the afternoon, you’ll visit Anacapri and the famous Villa San Michele.
- In the evening, you’ll enjoy drinks and watch the sunset before heading to dinner at the Michelin-starred Mamma.
- Hotel: Capri Palace 5*
- Meals included: Breakfast and dinner
Day 6: Capri to Positano
- After a lazy breakfast, you’ll step aboard your private 40 ft boat for a cruise along the Amalfi Coast.
- The destination – glittering Positano, the Crown Jewel of the Amalfi Coast.
- Per your request, afternoon on your own.
- Hotel: Hotel Covo del Saraceni 5*
- Meals included: Breakfast
Day 7: Positano, Italy
- Start your day with a hearty breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant before setting off to explore the magical Amalfi Coast. You’ll take a drive along the winding roads and take in the breathtaking views.
- Along the way, you’ll visit Ravello and Villa Rufolo and enjoy lunch at Hotel Santa Caterina in the town of Amalfi.
- Hotel: Hotel Covo del Saraceni 5*
- Meals included: Breakfast and lunch
Day 8: Farewell, and journey home
- You’ll enjoy a last leisurely breakfast before the tour concludes and you begin your journey back home.
- After breakfast, private transfer is provided to Rome Fiumicino International Airport.
