It’s time to change that and discover these capital cities, each a jewel in its own right. We’ll visit Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania; Riga, the capital of Latvia; and Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. And we’ll end this extraordinary trip with a high-speed ferry to Finland’s capital of Helsinki.
